Whether hosted or provided as a no-host service, we offer a selection of bar service packages to fit your needs. Classique Catering/Centerplate is the sole liquor license holder for the Convention Center, Memorial Auditorium & The Community Theater & is responsible, in accordance with The State Alcoholic Beverage Control Regulations, for the administration of the sales & service of all alcoholic beverages within these venues.
